Buy or Rent
We have a number of first class apartments to buy or rent today. All these units are up to date in their management fees. Please email us to describe the unit you want, and which dates you are looking for. Please note that you should give as much notice as possible for dates to rent, ideally at least 4 months.
This is what we offer, to potential buyers
If you have never been to the resort before, we advise you first visit CPO.
Sometimes, we can arrange for you to stay in the unit that is for sale , or else one similar to it, at very reasonable weekly rent.
If you are happy to buy, we will contact the resort management company to arrange ownership transfer
We protect your transaction with us by the use of an escrow account. We place the ownership documents in an account held by an independent professional solicitor in UK, and similarly, the buyer places the money for the purchase in this escrew account. When both parties are satisfied with the sale/purchase, the escrew holder passes a Certificate of Ownership to the purchaser, and the money from the sale to the seller,
We charge a small fee to the purchaser, to cover legal fees for the purchaser, this is typically 5% of the purchase price, but may vary according to circumstance.
For purchasers buying units for a duration of two or more weeks, there is a reduction of UK£30 to the overall regular purchase fee, across all categories.
Additional Charges
The cost of purchasing timeshare through us does not include any charge made by the management company for new ownership certificates that they issue to the new owner in due course. This cost will be added to the purchaser, as it is a pre-requisite of the purchase completing satisfactorily.
Sellers
We do not directly purchase timeshare units from prospective sellers, but if you are interested in selling a timeshare at this resort, we may be able to act as an agent for you. Please email us, and describe the unit you have and its availability. Please also state your owner number and the maintenance fees currently payable for the unit you wish to sell.. If an apartment is accepted for marketing through us, we will then charge a small (£30) fee for sellers to register with us formally This is an initial and non-refundable fee, to enable advertising of your apartment by us. We do not make a large charge at this time, as we are only seeking to recover the basic costs for providing the service. Any further fees will become payable once a sale has been agreed. These fees will typically be for legal costs for the sale to proceed, and any fees to the management company at CPO to enable the sale to proceed (such as ownership checks and outstanding payments if applicable). In addition, we charge a small commission, such that the seller receives 92% of the purchase price.
This is what we offer, to potential sellers.
Once your registration fee is paid, (do not pay until we contact you for this) we will market your apartment through us to potential purchasers for a period of up to 2 years. We will keep in contact with you during this time to advise of progress. This compares most favourably with the up-front charges and service of many timeshare re-sellers.
Once a suitable buyer is found, we will contact you with details of the sale, and request ownership certificate(s) from you.

We DO NOT guarantee to sell your apartment, as this depends upon a number of factors - not least, that a suitable purchaser is found, but we do try to improve your chances, by only accepting a limited number of apartments on our register each month.
