However, we do have a number of first class apartments for sale today. All these units are up to date in their management fees.

If you have never been to the resort before, we advise you first visit.
We can arrange for you to stay in the unit that is for sale , or else one similar to it, at very reasonable weekly rent.
If you are happy to buy, we will arrange the sale, and contact the Resort Management Company (i.e. Petchey Management) to confirm the new owner.
We protect your transaction with us by the use of an escrow account at no additional cost to the purchaser beyond our normal fee for sales - We place the ownership documents in an account held by an independent professional solicitor in UK, and similarly, the buyer places the money for the purchase in the escrew account. When both parties are satisfied with the sale/purchase, the escrew holder passes the Certificate of ownership to the purchaser, and the money from sale to the seller
For purchasers buying units for a duration of two or more weeks, there is a reduction of £30 to the overall regular sale price, across all categories.
The cost of purchasing timeshare does not include any charges made by the management company for new ownership certificates that they will issue to the new owner in due course.
